甘肃通渭县金银花产业现状、存在问题及对策

摘　　要：为探究特色产业发展的可能性,本研究结合PEST模型对甘肃通渭县金银花产业的现状进行分析。通渭县金银花产业发展以政策性指导与实施,促进县域内资源共享,此外,金银花产业在经济、社会以及技术层面实现新发展,助力通渭县走上脱贫致富的道路;但在现阶段产业发展存在劳动力匮乏、销售渠道有限、提质增效难等问题。基于此,提出了加强政策引导人才返乡、利用数字化新媒介打造地方特色品牌、延长产业链、促进衍生品多样化等对策,助推通渭县金银花产业的高质量可持续发展。In order to explore the possibility of the development of characteristic industries,this study combined with the PEST model to analyze the current situation of honeysuckle industry in Tongwei county,Gansu province.It is concluded that the development of Tongwei honeysuckle industry is implemented under policy guidance to promote resource sharing in the county,and in addition,the honeysuckle in-dustry has achieved new development at the economic,social and technological levels,helping Tongwei county to embark on the road of poverty alleviation and prosperity.However,at this stage of industrial development,there are sustainable difficulties such as lack of labor,limited sales channels,and difficulty in improving quality and efficiency.Based on this,countermeasures such as strengthening policies to guide talents to return to their hometowns,using new digital media to build local characteristic brands,extending the industrial chain,and promoting the diversification of derivatives are proposed,so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the honeysuckle industry in Tongwei county.
