地方科技出版社学术出版高质量发展路径探析——基于国家出版基金视角  

Exploration of High-Quality Development Paths in Academic Publishing by Local Scientific and Technical Publishing Houses:From the Perspective of National Publication Foundation

摘　　要：随着近年来国家对学术出版的扶持和鼓励力度不断加大,我国学术出版快速发展。国家出版基金自设立以来,资助了众多具有重要社会价值、文化价值、学术价值、科学价值、传承价值的精品出版工程,代表了学术出版的风向标。本文立足地方科技出版社,系统整理了13家地方科技出版社近6年来入选国家出版基金的项目,分析了入选数量和选题特点,结合其发展过程中存在的优势和不足,提出应该加强专业化、垂直化、品牌化发展,深挖地方特色资源和平台资源,创新数字技术的应用,探索学术出版“走出去”,以期实现地方科技出版社学术出版的高质量发展。In recent years,the Chinese government has consistently increased support and incentive policies for academic publishing,fostering rapid development of China's academic publishing.Since its establishment,the National Publication Foundation has supported numerous high-quality publishing projects.These projects have significant social,cultural value,academic,scientific,and inheritance values,serving as an indicator of academic publishing and reflecting academic publishing standard.This paper examines the role of local scientific and technical publishing houses in this landscape.By systematically compiling data on the projects from 13 local scientific and technical publishing houses that have been selected by the National Publication Foundation over the past six years,it analyzes the characteristics of these projects,such as the number of selected projects and the content of selected topics.Analysis results reveals that compared with central publishing houses,local scientific and technical publishing houses have some problems in their development.Based on these findings as well as the positioning and characteristics of local scientific and technical publishing houses,this paper proposes strategies to strengthen specialization,verticality,and brand development,explore local characteristic resources,leverage local resources,and innovate the application of digital technologies in publishing.In addition,it is necessary for these publishing houses to explore the internationalization opportunities for academic publishing and gain recognition from global peers.These approaches can promote the high-quality development of academic publishing in local scientific and technical publishing houses.
