摘 要:针对矿用提升机盘式制动装置传统采用液压制动控制存在的制动冲击力大、反应速度慢的不足,提出一种新的矿用提升机电机械盘式制动装置。建立制动系统数学模型,将遗传算法控制、比例积分微分控制、模糊控制应用于间隙调整和正压力控制,实现对矿用提升机制动的精确控制。实际应用表明,矿用提升机电机械盘式制动装置能够将制动周期缩短59.7%,将制动冲击力减小86.7%,实现矿用提升机的快速、平稳制动。A new electro-mechanical disc brake device for the mining hoist was proposed to address the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic brake control used by disc brake device for the mining hoist such as high braking impact force and slow response speed.The mathematical model of the braking system was established,the genetic algorithm control,proportional integral derivative control,and fuzzy control were applied to gap adjustment and positive pressure control,and the precise braking control of the mining hoist was achieved.The practical application shows that the electro-mechanical disc brake device for the mining hoist can shorten the braking cycle by 59.7%and reduce the braking impact force by 86.7%,achieving fast and smooth braking of the mining hoist.
