摘 要:矿用刮板机减速器存在质量大、应力应变集中等问题,由此,对矿用刮板机减速器箱体结构进行优化。应用Creo软件构建减速器箱体结构模型,并进行有限元仿真。根据仿真结果进行应力变形分析,针对性提出结构优化方案。仿真结果表明,结构优化后减速器箱体质量减小14.6%,外壳和法兰连接位置变形量减小52.2%,轴孔外壳处应力减小40.7%,极大提高矿用刮板机减速器箱体结构的稳定性。The reducer of the mining scraper machine has problems such as high mass and concentrated stress and strain.Therefore,the reducer box structure of the mining scraper machine was optimized.The reducer box structure model was constructed by using Creo software and the finite element simulation was conducted.The stress and deformation were analyzed based on simulation result and the targeted structural optimization solution was proposed.The simulation result shows that after structural optimization,the mass of the reducer box is reduced by 14.6%,the deformation of the connection position between shell and flange is reduced by 52.2%,and the stress at shaft hole shell is reduced by 40.7%,greatly improving the stability of the reducer box structure of the mining scraper machine.
