摘　　要：介绍碱性电解槽密封垫片系统的基本结构,论述碱性电解槽密封垫片的密封机理和密封过程,分析碱性电解槽密封垫片的耐腐蚀性、压缩回弹性、抗蠕变性等性能要求,并且提出碱性电解槽密封垫片螺栓预紧力的计算方法。结合工程经验,确定常见1000Nm²/h碱性电解槽采用液压螺杆拉伸器组装时每根螺栓的预紧力为776.25kN。The basic structure of alkaline electrolyzer sealing gasket system was introduced,the sealing mechanism and sealing process of alkaline electrolyzer sealing gasket were discussed,the performance requirements of corrosion resistance,compression resilience,creep resistance,etc.of alkaline electrolyzer sealing gasket were analyzed,and a calculation method for the bolt preload of alkaline electrolyzer sealing gasket was proposed.Based on engineering experience,it is determined that the preload of each bolt for assembling a common 1000 Nm'/h alkaline electrolyzer by using hydraulic screw tensioner is 776.25 kN.
