换热管与管板先焊后胀接头拉脱性能研究

摘  要:应用ABAQUS软件,对管壳式换热器换热管与管板先焊后胀接头进行不同胀接压力和不同温度下的拉脱力数值模拟,得到不同胀接压力下换热管与管板先焊后胀接头残余接触应力和拉脱力随温度变化的情况,并进行相应拉脱试验进行验证。研究结果表明,对于先焊后胀接头,在相同胀接压力下,随着温度的升高,残余接触应力增大,拉脱力先逐渐减小,在400℃时略微增大,然后再次减小。先焊后胀接头在相同温度下,随着胀接压力的增大,残余接触应力不断增大,拉脱力基本没有变化。The numerical simulation was conducted on the pull-out forces of the joint welded first and then expanded between the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet of a shell and tube heat exchanger under different expansion pressures and temperatures by using ABAQUS software.The variation of residual contact stress and pull-out force of the joint welded first and then expanded between the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet under different expansion pressures was obtained,and the corresponding pull-out test was conducted to verify the result.The research result indicates that for the joint welded first and then expanded,under the same expansion pressure,as the temperature increases,the residual contact stress increases,and the pull-out force gradually decreases first,slightly increases at 400℃,and then decreases again.At the same temperature,with the increase of expansion pressure,the residual contact stress of the joint welded first and then expanded increases continuously,and the pull-out force remains basically unchanged.
