摘  要:针对航空发动机高压转子异常磨损故障,开展强度仿真计算,确定主轴螺母的预紧力不足,导致在高压压气机、高压涡轮拔河力的作用下,转子连接面压紧失效,发生相对转动、异常磨损。通过紧试验,确认拧紧时螺母转角起始点不准确是导致预紧力不足的原因。对此,提出改进措施,避免异常磨损情况。In response to the abnormal wear fault of the high-pressure rotor in aircraft engine,the strength simulation calculation was carried out to determine that the insufficient preload of the main shaft nut caused the compression failure of the rotor connection surface under the action of tug-of-war force between the high-pressure compressor and high-pressure turbine,resulting in relative rotation and abnormal wear.Through tightening test,it is confirmed that the inaccurate angle starting point of the nut during tightening is the cause of insufficient preload.In this regard,the improvement measure was proposed to avoid abnormal wear.
