摘 要:为了探究随机载荷作用下海底悬跨管道的多轴疲劳寿命,综合考虑了顺流向和横流向涡激振动对海底悬跨管道疲劳寿命的影响,建立了悬跨管道与流体相互作用的耦合分析模型,对悬跨管道涡激多轴振动特性进行了分析。在此基础上,采用雨流计数法计算了悬跨管道的多轴疲劳寿命,分析了海流速度和悬跨长度对悬跨管道疲劳寿命的影响规律。结果表明:与单轴疲劳寿命相比,悬跨管道涡激多轴疲劳寿命更加保守,两者相差约6%;约化速度小于4.66时,顺流向应力对悬跨管道的多轴疲劳寿命影响大,但当约化速度大于4.98后,顺流向应力对悬跨管道的多轴疲劳寿命影响程度逐渐下降;悬跨管道涡激疲劳寿命随悬跨长度的增加而增加,当悬跨长度从30 m增加到60 m时,涡激疲劳寿命降低了78%,而顺流向应力对悬跨管道涡激多轴疲劳寿命的影响程度并未发生显著变化,均在7%~11%范围内。相关结论可以为海底管道的设计和维护提供参考。In order to investigate the multi-axial fatigue life of submarine overhang pipeline under random load,the influence of downstream and cross-flow vortex-induced vibration on the fatigue life of submarine overhang pipeline was comprehensively consid-ered,the coupling analysis model of the interaction between the suspended span pipeline and fluid was established to analyze the vor-tex-induced multiaxial vibration characteristics of the suspended span pipeline.On this basis,the multi-axial fatigue life of the sus-pended span pipeline was calculated based on the rain-flow counting method,and the influence law of ocean current velocity and span length on the fatigue life of the suspended span pipeline was analyzed.The results show that compared with uniaxial fatigue life,the vortex-induced multi-axial fatigue life of suspended span pipeline is more conservative,with a difference of about 6%.When the reduction speed is less than 4.66,the influence of the forward stress on the multi-axial fatigue life of the suspended span pipeline is great,but when the reduction speed is more than 4.98,the influence of the forward stress on the multi-axial fatigue life of the sus-pended span pipeline gradually decreases.The vortex-induced fatigue life of the suspended span pipeline increases with the increase of the suspended span length.When the suspended span length increases from 30 m to 60 m,the vortex-induced fatigue life decreases by 78%,but the influence of the forward stress on the vortex-induced multi-axis fatigue life of the suspended span pipeline does not change significantly,and it is in the range of 7%~11%.Therefore,the relevant conclusions can provide reference for the design and maintenance of submarine pipelines.
