摘  要:随着国家对生态保护的重视,渤海油田环保要求也越来越严格,并提出相应的环保行动计划。渤海浅层常规钻井液体系由于抑制性不足,将产生大量废弃钻井液,若实现全回收,运输和处理成本较高,影响经济效益。渤海浅层水基钻井液抑制提升技术通过聚醚胺抑制剂、低分子量环保包被剂和无机盐NaCl等环保材料的应用,大大提高了钻井液抑制性,配合固控工艺设备的改进,实现了钻井液体系的性能稳定和重复利用,从源头降低了废弃钻井液的产生量,减少运输和处理成本,同时保证了工程作业的顺利进行,为渤海油田在保护中开发奠定了良好的基础。With the country's attention to ecological protection,the environmental protection requirements of Bohai Oilfield are be-coming more and more strict,and the corresponding environmental protection action plan is put forward by Bohai Oilfield.Due to the lack of inhibition,the conventional drilling fluid system in the shallow layer of Bohai Sea will produce a large amount of waste drilling fluid.If it is fully recovered,the cost of transportation and treatment will be high,which will affect the economic benefit.Inhibition and promotion technology for shallow water-based drilling fluid in Bohai Sea greatly improved the inhibition of drilling fluid through the application of polyether amine inhibitors,low molecular weight environmental protection coating agent,inorganic salt NaCl and other environmental protection materials.Combined with the improvement of solid control process equipment,the performance stabili-ty and reuse of drilling fluid system are realized,the generation of waste drilling fluid from the source is decreased,and the cost of transportation and treatment is reduced.At the same time,it ensures the smooth engineering operation and lays a good foundation for the development of Bohai oil field in protection.
