摘 要:喇嘛甸油田作为大庆主力油田之一,油气资源储量巨大“。十四五”以来,挖潜目的层由一类油层逐步转向为二类B油层。此类油层储层厚度小、非均质性严重、剩余油分布零散,压裂上产较主力油层更加困难。面对日趋严峻的产量形势,需要提升精益管理水平以保障压裂措施效果。梳理了压裂施工全过程,重点聚焦压裂施工和投产保护节点,探索实践了压裂高质量管理模式。通过应用“精细施工监督、高效问题处理、及时投产跟踪”的管理模式,实现了降低施工成本、提高压裂效果的预期目的。Lamadian Oilfield,as one of the main oil fields in Daqing,has huge oil and gas reserves.Since the"14th Five-Year Plan",the target layer of potential exploitation has gradually changed from the first type oil layer to the second type B oil layer.This kind of oil reservoir has small thickness,serious heterogeneity,scattered distribution of remaining oil,and fracturing production is more diffi-cult than the main oil reservoir.Facing the increasingly severe production situation,it is necessary to improve the level of lean man-agement to ensure the effectiveness of fracturing measures.This paper combed the whole process of fracturing construction,focused on the protection node of fracturing construction and production,and explored and practiced the high-quality management mode of fracturing.Through the application of the management mode of"fine construction supervision,efficient problem handling,timely pro-duction tracking",the expected purpose of reducing construction costs and improving fracturing effect has been achieved.
