质量流量计信号传输方式对计量结果的影响

摘  要:依据一年半时间7个计量站的现场质量流量计与流量计算机的实际比对数据,确定了质量流量计使用脉冲方式传输到流量计算机的流量信号存在一定的偏差,所有比对数据中,偏差大于1 t的占比为2.2%,0.1~1 t的占比为4.5%,0.01~0.1 t的占比为5.0%,合计占比为11.7%。使用此方式的流量计算机进行计量交接容易引起计量争议,通过同一台质量流量计不同传输方式的比较数据,明确了采用RS485信号传输瞬时流量到流量计算机计算油量的方式不如脉冲传输方式准确,需要研制更高水平的流量计算机来解决信号传输对计量结果的影响。According to the actual comparison data between the mass flow meter and the flow computer of 7 measuring stations in one and a half years,it is determined that there is a certain deviation in the flow signal transmitted by the mass flow meter to the flow com-puter by the pulse mode.In all comparison data,the proportion of deviations greater than 1 t is 2.2%,the proportion of 0.1~1 t is 4.5%,and the proportion of 0.01~0.1 t is 5.0%,and the total proportion is 11.7%.It is easy to cause metering disputes when using the traffic computer in this way for metering handover.Through the comparative data of different transmission methods of the same mass flow me-ter,it is clear that the method of using RS485 signal to transmit instantaneous flow to flow computer to calculate oil quantity is not as ac-curate as pulse transmission,and it is necessary to develop a higher level of flow computer to solve the problem of influence of signal transmission on measurement results.
