摘 要:地震勘探电缆接插件插拔力试验是评估物探电缆接插件在实际使用过程中可靠性和稳定性的重要手段,能反应其在反复使用下的电气连接状态。详细描述了地震勘探电缆接插件插拔力试验设备的结构原理、测试流程、参数指标,并对一系列试验样例中测试数据、测试曲线和样品变化现象进行了深入的分析。通过分析,明确了问题出处,有利于提升接插件设计、优化制造工艺,确保其在极端条件下的性能和寿命,从而提高地震数据采集的质量和可靠性。The insert-pull force test of cable connector for seismic exploration is an important means to evaluate the reliability and stability of cable connector for geophysical exploration in actual use,and it can reflect its electrical connection state under repeated use.This paper described in detail the structure principle,test flow and parameter index of the test equipment for the insertion and withdrawal force of the seismic exploration cable connector,and explained and analyzed the test data,test curve and sample variation in a series of experimental examples.Through the analysis of the problem,the source of the problem is clear,which is conducive to im-proving the design of the connector,optimizing the manufacturing process,ensuring its performance and life under extreme conditions,and thus improving the quality and reliability of seismic data acquisition.
