摘 要:阳江LNG调峰储气库项目为应对LNG市场价格波动,增强市场竞争力,提高工艺系统运行稳定性,实施了装船工艺改造。原装船方案效率低下,最大装船速率仅为2 000 m~3/h,且在装船期间无法进行气化外输和装车,影响供气可靠性。改造方案包括增加装船泵和工艺管线改造,将装船速率提升至4 000 m~3/h,显著提高储罐周转率和装船转运效率。改造总投资约2 500万元,按照年返装船量10×10~4t、4年达产计算,预计营收约1 930万元。改造方案中,罐区工艺管线改造是关键,通过增加装船泵和优化工艺流程,解决了原装船方案中的压力和流量干扰问题,提高了操作的稳定性和便利性。同时,改造还涉及卸料臂工艺管线改造,使所有卸料臂都具备装船功能,进一步保证装船速率。优化罐顶平台布置、创新保冷方案,采用气凝胶保冷材料替代PIR,以适应泵柱尺寸增加的需求。经济性分析显示,改造将极大提升项目的装船效率和经济效益,同时解决了原装船方案引起的工艺流程不稳定问题,为后续类似项目的实施提供了宝贵经验。In order to cope with the fluctuation of LNG market price,enhance market competitiveness and improve the stability of pro-cess system operation,Yangjiang LNG peak shaving gas storage project implemented the transformation of loading process.The origi-nal loading scheme was inefficient,with the maximum loading rate of only 2000 m3/h,and it was impossible to carry out gasification export and loading during loading,which affected the reliability of gas supply.The renovation plan included the addition of loading pumps and the modification of process pipelines,which increased the loading rate to 4000 m3/h,and significantly improved the tank turnover and the loading and transfer efficiency.The total investment of the renovation was about 25 million yuan,and the estimated revenue was about 19.3 million yuan based on the annual return load of 10×104 tons and the production in 4 years.In the transfor-mation scheme,the process pipeline transformation of the tank area was the key.By increasing the loading pump and optimizing the process flow,the pressure and flow interference problems in the original loading scheme have been solved,and the operation stability and convenience have been improved.At the same time,the transformation also involved the transformation of the process pipeline of the discharge arm,so that all the discharge arms had the loading function,and further ensured the loading rate.Next,the arrangement of tank roof platform was optimized,the cooling scheme was innovated,and the aerogel cooling material was used to replace PIR to meet the demand of increasing pump column size.The economic analysis shows that the transformation can greatly improve the load-ing efficiency and economic benefits of the project,and at the same time solve the problem of unstable process caused by the original loadingscheme,and provides valuable experience for the implementation of subsequent similar projects.
