摘  要:一趟式高效弃井技术是弃井作业中解决封堵套管外环空带压或固井质量不合格问题的新工艺,在国际上应用广泛。弃井作业中正常需要下4趟钻才能完成的井筒封堵作业,通过该项技术可以一趟钻实现套管射孔、坐封弃井桥塞、清洗射孔孔眼、注水泥固井作业,能够在井筒内形成一个岩层到岩层的完整封闭系统,避免了弃井作业后固井质量不合格、套管外环空带压以及地层流体向上运移造成的污染和安全事故,极大地提高了弃井作业时效。该技术首次在渤海油田进行现场应用,相比传统技术作业时效明显提高,降低了作业成本,为解决井筒弃置作业提供了一种新思路。One trip high efficiency well abandonment technology is a new technology to solve the problem of pressure in outer casing annulus or unqualified cementing quality in abandonment operation,which is widely used in the world.Well plugging normally takes four trips to complete during an abandonment operation,but this technology can perforate the casing,set the abandonment plug,clean the perforation hole,and inject cement into the well in a single run.It can form a complete closed system of rock to rock in the well-bore,and avoid pollution and safety accidents caused by unqualified cementing quality,pressure in outer annulus of casing and up-ward migration of formation fluid after abandonment operation,and greatly improves the time efficiency of abandonment operation.This technology is applied in Bohai oilfield for the first time.Compared with the traditional technology,the operation time is signifi-cantly improved,the operation cost is reduced,and a new idea is provided for solving the problem of well abandonment.
