摘  要:为探究级配对自融雪沥青路面融冰速率与使用寿命的影响,设计3种级配的自融雪沥青路面并对其融冰化雪性能和耐久性进行研究。按照规范要求,确定AC-13、SMA-13、PAC-13沥青混合料的级配组成与沥青用量,融雪剂通过等体积替代法替换粒径相同的矿料掺入沥青混合料。通过路用性能验证试验,分析融雪剂掺入对沥青路面路用性能的影响;基于界面附着力试验、融冰速率试验和溶液电导率试验揭示级配对自融雪沥青路面融雪剂析出速率和融冰速度的影响规律;通过梯度浓度融冰试验与浸没试验,确定融雪剂融冰临界浓度与融冰临界电导率并对3种级配自融雪沥青路面进行寿命预测。试验结果表明:3种级配的沥青混合料掺入融雪剂后,路用性能仍能满足规范要求。融雪剂析出速率与融冰速率呈正相关,但与自融雪沥青路面使用寿命呈负相关。在相同的融雪剂掺量与温度条件下,空隙率是影响融冰速率的主要因素,随空隙率增加,融雪剂析出速率加快,析出量增加,导致融冰速率增加,因此3种级配的自融雪沥青路面融冰速率排序为PAC-13>SMA-13>AC-13。自融雪沥青路面内融雪剂含量有限,融雪剂全部析出,则自融雪沥青路面失去融冰化雪能力,因此自融雪沥青路面使用寿命与空隙率、区域降水量呈负相关。同一地区自融雪沥青路面使用寿命排序为AC-13>SMA-13>PAC-13,同一级配自融雪沥青路面使用寿命排序为湿润区<半湿润区<半干旱区<干旱区。In order to explore the effect of gradation on the ice-melting rate and durability of anti-icing asphalt pavements,anti-icing asphalt pavement of three gradations are designed and their ice-melting characteristics and durability are studied.The gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio of AC-13,SMA-13,and PAC-13 asphalt mixtures are determined according to the specifications,the same particle size of the mineral is replaced by snow-melting agent by equal volume substitution method and blended into the asphalt mixture.Pavement performance tests are used to analyze the effect of snow-melting agent blending on the road performance of pavements;based on the interface adhesion test,ice-melting rate test and solution conductivity test,the influence of gradation on the precipitation rate and ice-melting rate of antiicing asphalt pavement are revealed;through gradient concentration deicing test and immersion test,the critical concentration and conductivity of snow-melting agent deicing are determined,and the durability of three kinds of anti-icing asphalt pavements is predicted.The test results show that:after all three gradation of asphalt mixture blended with snow-melting agent,the road performance can still meet the specification requirements.Snow-melting agent precipitation rate is positively correlated with the rate of ice-melting,but negatively correlated with the durability of anti-icing asphalt pavement.Under the same snow-melting agent proportion and temperature conditions,the void ratio is the main factor affecting the ice-melting rate,with the increase of the void ratio,the snow-melting agent precipitation rate is accelerated,and the amount of precipitation is increased,resulting in an increase in the ice-melting rate,therefore the melting rate of anti-icing asphalt pavement with three different gradations is ranked as PAC-13>SMA-13>AC-13.If the anti-icing asphalt pavement is within the limited content of snow-melting agent and snowmelting agent all precipitated,the anti-icing asphalt pavement will lose the abilit
