摘  要:针对粉煤灰、玄武岩纤维对公路基层混合料性能的影响,开展了不同玄武岩纤维掺量、不同纤维长度及不同粉煤灰掺量下混合料力学试验和耐久性试验。研究结果表明:水泥∶粉煤灰∶碎石集料按照5∶15∶80的固定比例时,粉煤灰-玄武岩纤维稳定碎石混合料无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度随纤维掺量的增加呈先增大后减小趋势,随纤维长度的增加呈先增大后减小趋势,纤维最佳掺量为9%、纤维最佳长度为9 mm;干缩试验结果表明外掺玄武岩纤维可以有效控制粉煤灰稳定碎石混合料的伸缩变形,粉煤灰掺量不宜超过15%,否则混合料将产生过大干缩变形;温缩试验结果表明玄武岩纤维能够有效改善混合料的温缩性能,合理掺量约为0.6%左右,混合料温缩系数在10℃~30℃温度区间内较小,较为适宜工程施工。Aiming at the effects of fly ash and basalt fiber on the performance of highway base mixture,mechanical tests and durability tests of the mixture under different basalt fiber content,different fiber length and different fly ash content are carried out.The research results show that,when the fixed ratio of cement∶fly ash∶crushed stone is 5∶15∶80,the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of fly ash-basalt fiber stabilized crushed stone mixture increase first and then decrease with the increase of fiber content,and increase first and then decrease with the increase of fiber length,the optimal fiber content is 9%and the optimal fiber length is 9 mm.The dry shrinkage test results show that the addition of basalt fiber can effectively control the expansion deformation of fly ash stabilized gravel mixture,and the fly ash content should not exceed 15%,otherwise the mixture will produce excessive dry shrinkage deformation.The temperature shrinkage test results show that basalt fiber can effectively improve the temperature shrinkage performance of the mixture,the reasonable range being about 0.6%,and the temperature shrinkage coefficient of the mixture is small in the temperature range of 10℃~30℃,which is more suitable for construction.
