摘  要:针对吊扣合一式拱桥拱肋架设过程中存在的结构线形误差问题,以扣、背索索长为受调量,提出拱桥结构线形误差调整的简化计算方法。基于无应力状态控制法,考虑扣、背索单位索长与拱肋线形、塔偏之间的耦合作用,建立了以扣、背索索长为变量的拱肋线形误差调整简化计算方程。以云南某上承式钢箱桁肋拱桥为工程背景,对所提方法进行验证。结果表明,本计算方法避免了拱肋线形计算过程中索长的反复调整;施工过程最大塔偏为0.018 m,索力最大偏差为-4.70%,拱肋合龙后实测线形与理论计算结果的偏差在0.045 m以内,拱肋线形满足设计及规范要求。本简化计算方法目标性明确、计算简便,可为同类桥型的设计和施工提供参考。A simplified calculation method for adjusting structural alignment shape errors during the erection process of a tied-arch bridge,where hoisting and fastening are combined,is proposed,with the length of the fastening cable as the controlled parameter.Based on the stress-free state control method and considering the coupling effect between the unit length of the length of the anchor cables and fastening cables and the arch rib linearity and tower deviation,a simplified calculation equation for adjusting the arch rib linearity with the length of the anchor cables and fastening cables as a variable is established.The proposed method is validated using a prestressed steel box girder tied-arch bridge in Yunnan Province as the case background.The results show that the proposed method eliminates the need for repetitive cable length adjustments during arch rib line shape calculations.Additionally,the maximum tower deviation during construction is 0.018 m and the maximum cable force deviation is-4.70%,and the measured line shape after arch rib closure closely matches the theoretical calculation results,with a difference of within0.045 meters,with the geometric alignment of arch rib satisfying the design and specification requirements.The method is characterized by clear objectives and straightforward calculations,serving as a reference for similar bridge projects.
