摘 要:某空腹式拱桥位于加油站旁,周边环境十分复杂。该桥梁拆除过程中必须保证无强烈振动。现有常用的桥梁拆除法无法满足这一要求。因此根据该桥梁的结构特征及周边环境情况,提出了一种适用于空腹式拱桥拆除的回填自塌拆除法,主要通过回填荷载增加桥梁结构恒载,当结构抗力小于恒载产生的效应时,桥梁发生自然垮塌,填土的高度一般由理论计算确定;若回填至拱顶或原桥面时桥梁结构仍未垮塌,则采用机械辅助破除。回填自塌拆除法在桥梁拆除过程中无振动、无粉尘,可实现空腹式拱桥“软着陆”式拆除。对该桥梁拆除的仿真模拟计算及现场实施结果,验证了回填自塌拆除法的可行性,为类似工程提供了一定参考。In the paper,relying on a bridge project that is located next to a gas station and the surrounding environment is very complex,during the bridge demolition process,it is necessary to ensure that there is no strong vibration,however the commonly used demolition method cannot satisfy this requirement.Therefore,based on the structural characteristics of the engineering bridge and the surrounding environment,a backfill self-collapse demolition method suitable for hollow arch bridges is proposed in the paper,which mainly increases the dead load of the bridge structure by backfilling the load,and when the structural resistance is less than the effect generated by the dead load,the bridge will collapse naturally.The height of the filled soil is generally determined by theoretical calculation.If the backfill reaches the arch or the original bridge deck structure still does not collapse,mechanical assistance will be used to assist.The backfill self-collapse demolition method has no vibration or dust during the bridge demolition process,and can achieve a“soft landing”in the demolition of hollow arch bridges.Through simulation calculations and on-site implementation of bridge demolition based on engineering projects,the feasibility of backfill self-collapse demolition method has been verified,which can provide some reference for similar projects.
