超高性能混凝土开孔板连接件孔中有无贯穿钢筋对连接件力学性能的影响

摘  要:超高性能混凝土广泛应用于各种工程中,在混合梁的钢—混结合段中的应用也逐渐增多。贯穿钢筋作为该结合段的关键构件之一,在现场施工中的施工难度较大。为了研究孔中有无贯穿钢筋对超高性能混凝土开孔板连接件力学性能的影响,进行了6个单排双孔开孔板连接件的力学性能试验。试验结果表明,相较于孔中有贯穿钢筋的连接件,孔中无贯穿钢筋的连接件具有更高的抗剪承载力但延性较差;在加载初期,孔中贯穿钢筋对连接件抗剪承载力的贡献较小,此时抗剪承载力主要由贯穿钢筋以外的混凝土榫提供,增大混凝土榫的抗剪面积可以有效地提高开孔板连接件的抗剪承载力;当试件最终破坏时,孔中有贯穿钢筋试件的混凝土表面会出现明显的裂缝,而孔中无贯穿钢筋试件的混凝土表面则不会出现明显的裂缝。提出了超高性能混凝土单排双孔开孔板连接件抗剪承载力的计算公式,该公式可以为该连接件的设计和应用提供重要的理论依据。Ultra-high performance concrete is widely used in engineering,and it is gradually applied in the steel-concrete joint section of mixed beam.Perforated plate connector is one of the important components of force transmission in steel-concrete composite section,and there are some difficulties in the construction of penetrating steel bars.In order to improve the construction efficiency,in this paper,the mechanical properties of six single-row double-hole perforated plate connectors are tested by studying the influence of the presence or absence of penetrating steel bars in the hole on the mechanical properties of ultra-high concrete perforated plate connectors.The test results show that:compared with the perforated plate connector with through rebar in the hole,the shear capacity of the perforated plate connector without through rebar in the hole is higher,but the ductility is poor;at the initial stage of loading,the through-hole steel bar in the hole has little contribution to the shear capacity of the perforated plate connector.At this time,it is mainly provided by the concrete tenon outside the through-hole steel bar.Increasing the shear area of the concrete tenon can effectively improve the shear capacity of the perforated plate connector.When the specimen is finally destroyed,obvious cracks appear on the concrete surface of the specimen with penetrating steel bars in the hole,and the concrete without penetrating steel bars in the hole shows no obvious cracks.In this paper,the formula for calculating the shear capacity of ultra-high performance concrete single-row double-hole perforated plate connectors is proposed,which can provide an important theoretical basis for the design and application of ultra-high performance concrete perforated plate connectors.
