摘  要:黄茅海跨海通道的中引桥上部结构为(6+5+5)×100 m=1600 m分离式连续钢箱梁结构,下部结构采用群桩基础、深埋承台,墩身采用整幅式TY形盖梁桥墩。中引桥大跨度连续钢箱梁施工面临承台深埋大、墩身高度大、盖梁大悬臂、钢箱梁跨度和重量大、施工风险高等典型的海洋环境桥梁特点,在中引桥施工的过程中,针对不同施工部位,分别采用了“海洋环境下深水钢板桩围堰施工技术”、“海洋环境下大截面墩身钢筋部品化施工技术”、“海洋环境下大悬臂TY形盖梁施工技术”、“大跨度整孔钢箱梁智能安装技术”等关键施工技术,较好地解决了相关技术难题,确保了施工质量,提高了施工效率,降低了安全风险,为类似项目的施工提供了借鉴。The superstructure of approach bridge in Huangmaohai Sea-crossing Link is(6+5+5)×100=1600m separated continuous steel box girder structure.The substructure adopts pile group foundation,deep buried bearing platform,and the pier shaft adopts whole TY type bent cap pier.The superstructure adopts separated steel box girder.The construction of the long-span continuous steel box girder of the middle approach bridge is faced with the typical characteristics of the marine environment bridge,such as deep buried cap,high pier height,large cantilever of the bent cap,large span and weight of the steel box girder,and high construction risk.The key construction technologies such as“construction technology of deep water steel sheet pile cofferdam under marine environment”,“construction technology of steel bar parts of large section pier under marine environment”,“construction technology of TY type cover beam under marine environment”and“intelligent installation technology of large-span full-hole steel box girder”are adopted respectively.Some innovations and applications have been made in the construction technology such as underwater concrete bottom sealing construction,mass reinforcement construction,crack control during construction of large cantilever cover beam,BIM based intelligent lifting control of whole hole steel beam,etc.,which has better solved the difficulties encountered in the project implementation process,solved the relevant technical problems,ensured the construction quality,improved the construction efficiency,and reduced the safety risk,which can provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
