摘 要:为有效控制路面性能衰变速度,节约养护成本,构建了以出行时间最短和路面耐久性衰变值最小的多目标动态交通流分配模型,对路网中13类不同车型的车辆进行交通流优化,并采用教与学优化算法进行求解。算例结果表明,第5~第11类车是导致路面性能衰变的最主要的车型,交通流分布发生明显变化,而其余车型交通流分布几乎未发生变化,对交通流进行优化后可以使第5~第11类车辆在路网中进行适当分流,虽然这些车辆的平均出行时间延长4.3%,但是可以节约12.9%的养护成本,即将养护周期延长1.8个月,能产生一定的经济效益。To control the rate of pavement performance deterioration and save maintenance cost,a multi-objective dynamic traffic assignment model with the objectives of not only minimum travel time but minimum decline of Present Serviceability Index(PSI)for pavements is established.Optimization of traffic volume for 13 types of different vehicles in the road network is conducted,and teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm is utilized to solve the proposed model.Results of case study show that vehicles of type 5 to 11 are the main factors causing performance deterioration,and has a significant traffic flow variation,while the other types of vehicles have almost no traffic flow variation.The more optimized traffic assignment makes a route diversion for vehicles of type 5 to 11 and increases their average travel time by 4.3%,but can save maintenance expenditures by 12.9%,and extend the pavement service life span by an average of 4.3%,which extends the maintenance duration by 1.8 months and produces a large economic benefits.
