摘　　要：为进一步提高网络效能并提升投资有效性,各家运营商均在大力推动低成本高质量网络建设。以智能城域网的成功部署为切入点,提出了低成本高质量网络建设的方法论,并对方法论中的4个要点:时机、减法、自研、超越进行了深入分析,为后续网络建设提供参考。To further improve network efficiency and enhance investment effectiveness,various operators are vigorously promoting lowcost and high-quality network construction.It starts with the successful deployment of smart metropolitan area networks and proposes a low-cost and high-quality network construction methodology.At the same time,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the four key points of opportunity,subtraction,self research and transcendence in methodology,providing strong basis for subsequent network construction.
