摘 要:近些年,我国既有房屋规模庞大、情况复杂,且“老龄化”问题严重,特别是房屋倒塌事故的发生引起社会广泛关注,运用信息化技术快速识别房屋建筑安全隐患,对提高房屋安全管理水平至关重要。针对复杂城市环境条件下传统PS-InSAR技术的相干点稀疏问题,文章创新地提出了融合Tomo-PSInSAR和全域自适应双尺度构网的建筑形变提取及风险分析方法,并基于COSMO-SkyMed数据,以城市为单元,结合实际案例进行验证分析。经精度验证和实地踏勘结果表明,该方法可提高复杂城市环境条件下InSAR技术用于建筑形变风险监测中数据信息采集的完整性、数据处理和分析结果的有效性,可为我国城镇房屋体检制度实施提供技术支撑。In recent years,China’s existing housing stock is vast and complex,with a severe“aging”issue.The occurrence of building collapse accidents has attracted widespread social concern.The rapid identification of housing safety hazards using information technology is crucial for improving the level of housing safety management.In response to the sparse coherent points in traditional PS-InSAR technology under complex urban environmental conditions,this paper innovatively proposes a method for extracting and analyzing building deformation and risk by integrating Tomo-PSInSAR and a global adaptive dual-scale networking approach.Based on COSMO-SkyMed data and combining real-case scenarios,the method has been validated and analyzed.Precision verification and field survey results indicate that this method can enhance the completeness of data collection,data processing,and the effectiveness of analysis results in InSAR technology for building deformation risk monitoring under complex urban conditions,providing technical support for the implementation of China’s urban housing health check system.
