摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量利那洛肽在长期便秘患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月-2023年12月在联勤保障部队第九八八医院门诊行结肠镜检查的168例长期便秘患者,分为对照组(使用3L PEG方案)、试验组A(使用1粒利那洛肽+3L PEG方案)和试验组B(使用2粒利那洛肽+2L PEG方案)三组。对三组病患的肠道清洁准备质量进行了评估,同时比较了结肠息肉检出率、不良反应发生率以及患者对于整个过程的满意度。结果与对照组相比,试验组A、B患者肠段评分以及BBPS总评分均更高;对照组患者对肠道准备过程的满意度显著低于试验组A和试验组B(P<0.05),而试验组B的满意度最高。结论利那洛肽可以改善长期便秘患者的肠道整备质量,提高结肠息肉的检出率。本研究进一步发现,相较于使用1粒利那洛肽+3L PEG方案,使用2粒利那洛肽+2L PEG方案在清肠效果上更加优越。Objective To assess the effectiveness of different doses of linaclotide in prepping the colons of patients with chro⁃nic constipation for colonoscopy.Methods We selected 168 patients with chronic constipation who underwent colonoscopy at the 988th Hospital of the Logistics Support Force from September 2022 to December 2023.the control group(3L PEG group),experimental group A(1 pill+3L PEG group),and experimental group B(2 pills+2L PEG group),at our outpatient clinic.An analysis was conducted on the three groups regarding the quality of bowel prep,colon polyp detection rate,adverse reac⁃tions,and patient satisfaction with bowel prep.Results There was no noteworthy distinction in performance between experi⁃mental groups A and B based on these scores(P>0.05).Of all three groups,experimental group B exhibited the lowest oc⁃currence of adverse reactions.Patient satisfaction with bowel preparation was significantly higher in both experimental groups A and B.Conclusion Linaclotide can effectively increase the detection rate of colon polyps in patients with chronic constipa⁃tion.In addition,our research indicates that employing a colon cleansing regimen of 2 pills+2L PEG leads to reduced negative responses and increased patient contentment in the preparation of the bowels as opposed to a regimen of 1 pill+3L PEG.These findings have important implications for clinical practice and should be considered for wider.
