摘  要:以秦岭北麓猕猴桃重要产地陕西省眉县—周至县为研究区,对秦岭北麓猕猴桃产区土壤及猕猴桃果实中的元素进行系统研究,探明土壤元素与猕猴桃品质之间的关系,评估猕猴桃对有益元素的富集能力和有害元素的限制能力。结果表明,土壤中有益元素如Se、Fe、K与果实中相应元素含量显著正相关;猕猴桃对营养有益元素如Se、Fe、K的富集系数普遍高于有害元素,尤其是对重金属元素如Cd、Hg、As等的富集系数极低,显示出猕猴桃对有益元素具有主动吸收能力,而对有害元素则限制其在果实中的积累;猕猴桃果实中的主要挥发性组分与果实及土壤中的元素存在显著的相关性,其中Se、Fe、K、Mg等元素对猕猴桃品质具有正向作用。研究结果有助于进一步提升猕猴桃的品质,促进猕猴桃产业的高质量发展。Taking the Meixian—Zhouzhi region,a vital kiwifruit production area of northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains,as the study area,this research conducted a systematic investigation of soil elements in kiwifruit orchards and their corresponding concentrations in kiwifruit fruits.The study aimed to elucidate the relationship between soil elements and fruit quality,while evaluating the enrichment capacity for beneficial elements and restriction capability for harmful elements in kiwifruit.Results demonstrated significant positive correlations between beneficial soil elements(Se,Fe,K)and their corresponding concentrations in fruits.Kiwifruit exhibited notably higher enrichment coefficients for nutritional elements(Se,Fe,K)compared to harmful elements,particularly showing extremely low accumulation coefficients(below 0.05)for heavy metal elements(Cd,Hg,As).This indicates kiwifruit′s active absorption mechanism for beneficial elements while effectively restricting harmful element accumulation in fruits.Significant correlations were identified between major volatile components in kiwifruit and elemental contents in both fruits and soil,with elements including Se,Fe,K and Mg demonstrating positive effects on fruit quality.These findings provide scientific insights for optimizing cultivation practices to enhance kiwifruit quality and promote high-quality development of the kiwifruit industry.
