摘 要:近年来,数字化、智能化油田发展蓬勃,为适应社会发展需要和满足国家低碳、环保运行要求,加快平安管道、绿色管道和智能管道建设,针对油气场站三维模型系统,通过研究以三维激光扫描技术和地下管线探测技术相结合的方式,对场站内的地上及地下数据进行获取和三维建模,高精度、高分辨率地实现地上及地下设备设施的衔接,并细节地呈现管道表面如焊缝、阀门等结构,完成场站的工艺流程和结构布局,建设具有高度可视化、高度智能化的三维模型系统,以满足输油气场站在数字化和信息化发展上的战略需求。通过研究和实践,以我国某西部压气分输站的三维模型系统建设为例,系统地总结了三维扫描和管线探测在油气场站三维模型系统建设中的应用思路和方法,可为后续大型油气场站的三维模型系统建设提供参考。In recent years,digital and intelligent oilfields have developed vigorously.In order to meet the needs of social development and the requirements of national low-carbon and environmental protection operation,accelerate the construction of safe pipelines,green pipelines,and intelligent pipelines,the three-dimensional model system of oil and gas stations has been studied through the combination of three-dimensional laser scanning technology and underground pipeline detection technology.The above-ground and underground data in oil and gas stations have been obtained and 3D modeling has been carried out,high precision and high resolution connection of above-ground and underground equipment and facilities have been achieved,pipeline surfaces such as welds,valves,etc.have been detailed presented,the process flow and structural layout of the station have been completed,and a highly visualized and intelligent 3D model system has been built to meet the strategic needs of oil and gas field stations in digitalization and informatization development.Through research and practice,this paper takes the construction of the 3D model system of a western gas compression and distribution station in China as an example,systematically sum up the application ideas and methods of 3D scanning and pipeline detection in the 3D model construction of oil and gas stations,which can provide reference for the subsequent construction of the 3D model system of large oil and gas stations.
