摘 要:为了深入了解大庆油田套损机理并开发有效的治理技术,为油田的可持续发展提供有力支持,研究了多源数据集成下大庆油田套损机理及治理技术。通过随钻测井采集大庆油田现有套损井的岩性密度、自然电位等数据,计算地质属性数据;基于数据中心模式的集成技术与面向服务的SOA架构设计了多源地质数据集成模型,实现多源数据的集成处理。依据油层顶部与嫩二底标准层有限元模型岩体损伤全过程的套损数值计算模型应力变化情况,实施套损机理分析,认为岩性差异是嫩二底标准层套损的主要原因之一,为不可控因素;进水失稳、注采不均衡是导致岩层失稳滑动剪切套损的可控因素。油层平面及层间的非均质差异是油层顶部套损的主要原因之一,为不可控因素;注采失衡、水窜是油层顶部套损的主要原因之一,为可控因素。注采失衡、水窜是大庆油田套损的可控因素,针对这两种不稳定因素,采取堵泄结合方式控制进水、制定补孔泄压等调控对策,实施调控措施后,套损井数得到了有效控制。In order to deeply understand the casing damage mechanism of Daqing Oilfield and develop effective treatment technology to provide strong support for the sustainable development of the oilfield,the casing damage mechanism and treatment technology of Daqing Oilfield under multi-source data integration are studied.By logging while drilling,the lithologic density,natural potential,and other data of existing casing damaged wells in Daqing Oilfield are collected,and the geological attribute data are calculated.A multi-source geological data integration model is designed based on the integration technology of data center mode and service-oriented SOA architecture to realize the integrated processing of multi-source data.According to the stress change of numerical calculation model of casing damage in the whole process of rock mass damage by finite element model of the top of the oil layer and the standard layer at the bottom of the Nen-2 reservoir,the casing damage mechanism is analyzed.The lithologic difference is determined to be one of the main reasons for casing damage of the standard layer at the bottom of the Nen-2 reservoir,which is an uncontrollable factor.The instability of water inflow and the imbalance of injection and production are the controllable factors leading to the sliding shear casing damage of rock stratum instability.The heterogeneity difference between oil layers and planes is one of the main causes of casing damage at the top of oil layers,which is an uncontrollable factor.Imbalance between injection and production and water channeling are one of the main causes of casing damage at the top of oil layer,which are controllable factors.Imbalance between injection and production and water channeling are controllable factors for casing damage in Daqing Oilfield,in view of these two unstable factors,water inflow is controlled by combining plugging and drainage,and control countermeasures,such as hole filling and pressure relief,are formulated.After the implementation of control measures,the number of
