摘 要:S油田进入特高含水期开发阶段,站库规模的日益扩大,以及能耗急剧攀升的趋势,严重制约着企业的可持续发展,因此开展地面系统节能管理实践研究事不容缓。通过分析S油田能耗对标情况,找到地面系统高耗能原因,指出采油六厂现在节能工作面临的主要问题,并针对S油田严峻的能耗形势,开展节能降耗措施,深度挖掘节能潜力,最大程度降低系统能耗。持续针对高能耗注水耗电和加热炉耗气开展参数调控,随着节能研究的不断深入,发现常规节能技术与管理措施的节能空间越来越小,亟需拓宽节能思路、创新节能形式,探索优化用能结构和新能源替代。面对油田现状,应立足油田实际,坚持融合发展,持续系统大区域优化、推进新能源应用,加大节能创新,不断提高用能效率,实现理念、机制、技术和管理全方位节能。S Oilfield has entered the development stage of ultra-high water cut stage.The increasing scale of stations and the sharp rise of energy consumption have seriously restricted the sustainable development of the enterprise,so it is urgent to carry out practical research on energy-saving management of ground systems.By analyzing the benchmarking situation of energy consumption in S Oilfield,the reasons for high energy consumption of the ground system are found,and the main problems faced by the energy-saving work in No.6 Oil Production Plant are pointed out.In view of the severe energy consumption situation in S Oilfield,energy-saving measures are carried out to deeply tap the energy-saving potential,and minimize the system energy consumption.While continuously implementing parameter control and system optimization technologies for high-energy water injection power consumption,and heating furnace gas consumption,with the deepening of energy-saving research,it is found that the energy-saving space of conventional energy-saving technologies and management measures is getting smaller and smaller,and it is urgent to broaden energy-saving ideas,innovate energy-saving forms,and explore optimized energy structure and new energy substitution.Based on the actual situation of the oilfield,we adhere to the integrated development,continuously optimize the system in a large area,promote the application of new energy,increase energy-saving innovation,continuously improve energy efficiency,so the all-round energy saving in concept,mechanism,technology and management will finally be realized.
