摘  要:石油库储罐区内的主要污染物为事故漏油、被污染的雨水及消防水等,如无防治措施,将会污染储罐区范围内的土壤和地下水。随着国家各级环保部门对石油行业可能造成的土壤和地下水污染的高度关注,石油库储罐区建设必须采取防污染措施,以满足项目环评批复文件和环境影响报告的要求。通过对以往石油库储罐区防渗设计方案对比和经验总结,并在参考其他行业防渗设计标准的基础上,针对储罐区的主要区域和部位防渗设计进行了探讨和分析,总结出了储罐基础、罐区地面及罐区防火堤防渗设计的基本要求,罐区各部位防渗层方案类型和选择依据,各类防渗层厚度的计算方法和最小厚度要求,以及各部位防渗构造做法。防渗措施虽属被动防污染措施,在设计过程中应给与足够的重视,总结出的防渗设计方法对以后的石油库储罐区防渗设计有一定的参考意义。The main pollutants in the oil storage tank area are accident oil spills,contaminated rainwater,and fire water.If no prevention and control measures are taken,it will pollute the soil and groundwater within the storage tank area.With the high attention of environmental protection departments at all levels of the country to the possible soil and groundwater pollution caused by the petroleum industry,pollution prevention measures must be taken for the construction of oil storage tank areas to meet the requirements of project environmental impact assessment approval documents and environmental impact reports.By comparing and summarizing the antiseepage design schemes of past oil storage tank areas,and referring to the anti-seepage design standards of other industries,the anti-seepage design of the main areas and parts of the tank are explored and analyzed.The basic requirements for the anti-seepage design of tank foundations,tank area floors,and tank area fire embankments are summarized,as well as the types and selection criteria of anti-seepage layer schemes for each part of the tank area,the calculation methods and minimum thickness requirements for various types of anti-seepage layers,and the construction methods for anti-seepage structures in various parts.Although anti-seepage measures are passive pollution prevention measures,they should be given sufficient attention in the design process.The summarized anti-seepage design methods have certain reference significance for future anti-seepage design of oil storage tank areas.
