摘 要:湿陷性黄土塬冲沟地区存在大落差、大坡角、大跨度问题,易导致管道维抢修作业时运载装置发生运作无效、机具失稳等问题。基于管道安全高效维抢修理念,通过轻量改造、升级优化与组合创新结合等方式,形成两套针对湿陷性黄土塬冲沟地区不同场景地形的管道应急抢险运载装置,一种适用于平地及缓坡地形,一种适用于陡坡及跨度较深地形。选用不同方法对湿陷性黄土极限承载范围进行计算,保证装置在管道维抢修作业时能够平稳运行,通过主体结构简化对装置进行力学平衡分析,应用有限元分析方法对装置结构可靠性进行计算分析,判别装置结构薄弱点并提出改进方案。采用两类抢险运载装置,能够有效缩短维抢修应急响应时间,提高管道抢险效率,降低事故次生灾害风险,减少经济财产损失。The large drop,large slope angle,and large span in the collapsible loess plateau gully area make the pipeline maintenance and emergency repair devices prone to ineffective operation and instability of the equipment.Based on the concept of safe and efficient pipeline maintenance and rescue,two sets of pipeline emergency and rescue transportation devices for different scenarios and terrains in the collapsible loess plateau gully area have been formed through lightweight modification,upgrading and optimization,and combination of innovations,one for flat and gently sloping terrains,and the other for steep slopes and deeper spanning terrains.Different methods are chosen to calculate the ultimate bearing range of the collapsible loess to ensure the smooth operation of the device during pipeline maintenance and repair work.The mechanical balance analysis of the device is carried out through the simplification of the main structure,and the structural reliability of the device is calculated and analyzed using the finite element analysis method,so as to identify the structural weak points of the device and put forward the improvement plan.The use of two types of emergency transportation devices can effectively shorten the emergency response time for maintenance and repair,improve the efficiency of pipeline rescue,reduce the risk of secondary disasters,and reduce economic and property losses.
