摘　　要：习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想以一系列原创性成果,从多个方面丰富和发展了马克思主义建党学说。第一,将坚持和加强党的全面领导作为马克思主义执政党建设的根本原则,即深刻阐释了党的领导的极端重要性,将党的领导上升到中国特色社会主义最本质特征的高度;明确提出党是最高政治领导力量,其作用是“总揽全局、协调各方”;以深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义,增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”,作为坚持和加强党的全面领导的原则和方法。第二,以全面从严治党系统阐释了马克思主义执政党建设的主题主线、科学布局与重点任务,即突出强调了全面从严治党的重要性和紧迫性,将全面从严治党作为马克思主义执政党建设的主题主线;提出新时代党的建设总要求,健全全面从严治党体系,全面推进党的建设科学布局;从七个方面明确了马克思主义执政党建设的重点任务。第三,以勇于自我革命深刻揭示了马克思主义政党实现长期执政的成功密钥,即深刻回答了马克思主义执政党“为什么要自我革命”“为什么能自我革命”和“怎样推进自我革命”的问题。第四,以坚持人民至上充分彰显了马克思主义执政党的根本立场与价值追求。深入研究和总结习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想对马克思主义建党学说的原创性贡献,对不断推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on Party building,with a series of original achievements,has enriched and developed the Marxist theory of Party building from multiple aspects.First,it places the insistence on and strengthening of the Party’s overall leadership as the fundamental principle of Marxist ruling party construction,profoundly explaining the extreme importance of Party leadership,and elevating it to the height of the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It clearly states that the Party is the highest political leadership force,whose role is to“oversee the overall situation and coordinate all parties”.Through a profound understanding of the decisive significance of the“Two Affirmations”,enhancing the“Four Consciousnesses”,strengthening the“Four-sphere Confidence”,and achieving the“Two Upholds”,these are the principles and methods for adhering to and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership.Second,by comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,Xi Jinping systematically explains the theme,scientific layout,and key tasks of Marxist ruling Party construction,emphasizing the importance and urgency of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,and making it the central theme of Marxist ruling Party construction.It proposes the overall requirements for Party building in the new era,establishes a system for comprehensive and strict Party governance,and comprehensively advances the scientific layout of Party construction.Seven key tasks for Marxist ruling Party construction are clearly outlined.Third,with a commitment to self-revolution,Xi Jinping deeply reveals the key to the long-term success of a Marxist ruling Party,answering the questions of“Why must the Marxist ruling Party carry out self-revolution”,“Why can it carry out self-revolution”,and“How to promote self-revolution”.Fourth,by upholding the people-first principle,it fully demonstrates the fundamental stance and value pursuit of a Marxist ruling Party.In-d
