“认知资本主义”强化财富生成新向量的政治叙事

摘　　要：技术的加速狂欢使当代资本主义形态发生了新变化,其中“认知资本主义”在强化财富生产的过程中把传统的资本形态即有形资产转化为一种新型的资本主义形态——“没有资本的资本主义”。今天,无形经济的崛起俨然成为认知资本主义的经济症候,一方面其以技术占有的方式更新了资本占有剩余价值的新途径,另一方面则以技术创新的表象隐匿了劳动财富转移与资本政治征用的资本主义本质。这既使资本的支配能力从传统的劳动强制、平等交换和市场逻辑转换到认知资本主义的知识产权圈地运动、非物质力量的垄断和对技术租金的崛起食利之中,又使资本扮演着推动技术、知识和科学发展的重要力量,消弭着资本主义剥夺与攫取剩余价值的政治逻辑。因此,认知资本主义凭借“认知能力”的寄生,打造“没有资本的资本主义”的新形态,本质上是资本支配下的无形经济与有形经济矛盾转化的内在动因,进而形成了当代资本主义形态与本质之间的张力问题。由此,洞见当前资本的增殖逻辑并解构其蕴含的政治权力,就是我们今天重审“认知资本主义”、探讨技术创新成为资本的意识形态的重要课题。The accelerated celebration of technology has brought about new changes in the form of contemporary capitalism,in which“cognitive capitalism”transforms traditional forms of capital—such as tangible assets—into a new type of capitalism:“capitalism without capital”.Today,the rise of the intangible economy has become a symptom of cognitive capitalism.On one hand,it updates the way capital captures surplus value through technological ownership.On the other hand,it conceals the essence of capitalism—labor wealth transfer and the political expropriation of capital—under the guise of technological innovation.This shift not only changes the dominant form of capital from traditional mechanisms like labor coercion,equal exchange,and market logic,to the land-grabbing movement of intellectual property,monopolization of immaterial power,and the rise of rent extraction from technological innovation,but it also portrays capital as a driving force behind technological,knowledge,and scientific advancement,thereby obscuring the political logic of capitalist exploitation and the extraction of surplus value.Therefore,cognitive capitalism,with its parasitic reliance on“cognitive abilities”,essentially embodies the internal driving force behind the transformation of contradictions between the intangible and tangible economies under capital’s control,creating a tension between the form and essence of contemporary capitalism.Consequently,understanding the current logic of capital accumulation and deconstructing the political power it entails is a crucial issue for re-examining“cognitive capitalism”and exploring the ideological role of technological innovation in contemporary capital.
