摘　　要：在“双碳”目标下,建筑垃圾回收再利用对推动建筑业绿色转型至关重要。本研究探讨了分类收集、分选处理和再生利用等核心环节,提出建立分类回收体系、研发处理技术、提高再生材料质量、构建全生命周期评价体系等策略。针对技术瓶颈、成本和质量标准问题,提出了政策支持与市场机制的解决方案。研究表明,加强建筑垃圾回收再利用有助于实现“双碳”目标,促进建筑业可持续发展,指出未来研究需关注材料性能提升、法规完善和商业模式创新。Under the“double carbon”goal,the recycling of construction waste is crucial to promote the green transformation of the construction industry.The core links of classification collection,sorting and recycling were discussed,and strategies such as establishing classification and recycling system,developing treatment technology,improving the quality of recycled materials,and constructing the whole life cycle evaluation system were proposed.Aiming at the problems of technical bottleneck,cost and quality standard,the solutions of policy support and market mechanism are put forward.The study emphasizes that strengthening the recycling of construction waste will help achieve the“double carbon”goal and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Future research should focus on improving material properties,improving regulations and innovating business models.
