国土空间体系下历史文化名城编制创新探索

摘　　要：随着机构改革,历史文化名城编制由城乡规划体系变更为国土空间体系。文中对比两个体系下历史文化名城编制模式的差异性,从编制理念、编制路径、编制体系和编制技术四方面对国土空间体系下历史文化名城保护规划编制的创新进行探索;以汝城为研究案例,分析保护规划的编制创新亮点,最后总结编制经验,为其他城市的保护规划提供借鉴参考。With the institutional reform,the compilation of historical and cultural cities has shifted from the urban and rural planning system to the territorial spatial planning system.This paper first compares the differences of compilation models of historical and cultural cities under the two systems,exploring the innovation of planning for the protection of historical and cultural cities under the territorial spatial planning system,from four aspects:compilation concepts,compilation paths,compilation systems,and compilation techniques,then,taking Rucheng as a research case,analyzes the innovative highlights in the compilation of the protection plan,finally summarizes the compilation experience to provide reference for the protection planning of other cities.
