摘　　要：随着我国城镇化水平达到新高度和产业结构的快速转型,大量工业遗产及废弃地作为存量资源和城市记忆的重要组成部分,工业遗产的保护利用与改造成为城市更新的重要议题。本研究基于城市双修理念,结合城市修补和生态修复两大原则,以青钢生态公园规划设计为例进行解析,从青钢概况、政策定位及现存问题等方面展开分析,提出了城市双修视角下的新旧共生的文化策略和因地制宜的生态策略。最后通过Sketchup及Photoshop等软件进行设计方案生成和展示,以期为同类型的工业遗产改造设计提供一定的借鉴参考。With the urbanization level reaching a new height and the rapid transformation of industrial structure in China,a large number of industrial heritage and industrial wasteland have been left behind.As an important part of stock resources and urban memory,their protection,utilization,and rational transformation have become important issues in urban renewal.This article starts from the concept of urban double repair,combines the two principles of urban repair and ecological restoration,takes the planning and design of Qinggang Ecological Park as an example for analysis,analyzes the overview,policy positioning,and existing problems of Qinggang,and proposes two design strategies from the perspective of urban double repair:the cultural strategy of coexistence of old and new and the ecological strategy of adapting to local conditions.Finally,Sketchup,Photoshop,and other software are used to generate and display the design plan,in order to provide some reference and reference for the renovation design of similar industrial heritage.
