摘　　要：长沙拥有丰富的历史文化街区资源。随着城市化的快速发展,历史文化街区面临着商业化过度、建筑老化和文化特色流失等多重挑战。通过文献梳理、实地调研和案例分析等方法深入剖析长沙历史文化街区的现状问题,结合新质生产力的内涵与特征,分析新质生产力介入的可行性与必要性,并进一步构建“创新赋能-质量引领-要素协同”的综合性策略框架,旨在推动长沙历史文化街区的传承保护与创新活化。Changsha has abundant resources of historical and cultural blocks.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,historical and cultural districts are facing multiple challenges such as excessive commercialization,aging buildings,and loss of cultural characteristics.Through literature review,field research,and case analysis,this study deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of Changsha’s historical and cultural districts.Combining with the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of new quality productivity intervention,and further constructs a comprehensive strategic framework of“innovation empowerment quality leadership element synergy”,aiming to promote the inheritance,protection,and innovation revitalization of Changsha’s historical and cultural districts.
