摘　　要：城市功能混合与城市活力提升,始终是城市规划实践和城市问题研究的重要议题。利用POI数据和百度人口热力数据,在总体层面以各社区(村)的行政区划,在局部层面以各地铁站周边区域,利用香农多样性指数测度和人口热力平均值测度苏州市区的城市功能混合与城市活力,并结合空间自相关识别其空间分布特征,得出城市功能程度总体混合较好,其与城乡性质、区位、片区的功能定位以及建设阶段密切相关。城市功能混合与城市活力空间分布均为以古城区为核心,向东西、南北方向十字形扩展,符合苏州“一核双轴”的空间格局特征。再利用多元线性回归模型,分析得出在各层面下,在设施密度一定的情况下,功能混合程度越高,城市活力就越好。最后,针对城市不同区域提出相应规划和政策建议。Urban function mixing and urban vitality enhancement have always been important topics in urban planning practice and urban issues research.In this paper,we use POI data and Baidu population thermal data to measure the mixing of urban functions and urban vitality in Suzhou urban area using Shannon’s diversity index measure and population thermal average at the overall level by the administrative divisions of communities(villages),and at the local level by the areas around each metro station.The results,combined with the spatial autocorrelation to identify the spatial distribution characteristics,suggest that the degree of urban functionality is generally well-mixed,which is closely related to the nature of the urban and rural areas,the location,the functional positioning of the area,and the construction stage.The spatial distribution of urban function mixing and urban vitality is in the form of a cross-shaped expansion in the east-west and north-south directions,which is in line with the spatial pattern of‘one core and two axes’in Suzhou.Using the multiple linear regression model,it is concluded that the higher the degree of functional mixing,the better the urban vitality is at each level with a certain density of facilities.Finally,corresponding planning and policy recommendations are proposed for different areas of the city.
