摘　　要：在城市更新的背景下,城市设计策略的研究至关重要。城市更新旨在提升城市的功能和品质,以应对城市化进程中的各种挑战。有效的城市设计策略需要综合考虑历史文化保护、生态环境可持续性、社会经济发展以及居民生活质量等多重因素。通过分析典型案例,探讨了如何在尊重原有城市肌理的基础上,进行功能优化和空间重塑。同时,提出了公众参与、智能技术应用和多元化资金筹措等创新策略,以实现城市更新的全面协调发展。研究表明,科学合理的城市设计策略不仅可以提升城市的整体形象和竞争力,还能够促进社会和谐与环境友好,为未来城市发展提供借鉴。In the context of urban renewal,the study of urban design strategy is very important.Urban renewal aims to improve the function and quality of cities to meet various challenges in the process of urbanization.Effective urban design strategies need to consider multiple factors such as historical and cultural protection,ecological environment sustainability,social and economic development and residents’quality of life.Through the analysis of typical cases,this paper discusses how to optimize the function and reshape the space on the basis of respecting the original urban mechanism.At the same time,innovative strategies such as public participation,intelligent technology application and diversified financing are put forward to realize the comprehensive and coordinated development of urban renewal.The research shows that scientific and reasonable urban design strategies can not only enhance the overall image and competitiveness of the city,but also promote social harmony and environmental friendliness,and provide reference for future urban development.
