摘 要:雄安体育场结构体系复杂,地下室为混凝土框架和抗震墙结构体系,看台结构为钢结构框架支撑体系,屋盖为钢结构空间网壳体系,屋顶中央网壳为张弦铝合金网壳体系。为解决空间钢结构体系施工的难题,研发了先将大跨度空间网壳屋盖整体一次性提升就位,再进行下部看台结构安装的施工技术。通过将钢屋盖在地面进行整体拼装,再通过计算机液压同步提升技术将屋盖整体提升就位,解决了复杂屋盖高空作业的难题,提高了安装精度,减少了高空作业的安全风险,利用有限元软件进行施工全过程仿真模拟分析进一步验证了该技术的可行性。The structure system of Xiong’an Sports Stadium is complex,with a concrete frame and seismic wall structure system for the basement,a steel frame support system for the grandstand structure,a steel spatial mesh shell system for the roof,and a tensioned aluminum alloy mesh shell system for the central mesh shell of the roof.To solve the problem of constructing spatial steel structure systems,a construction technology has been developed that first lifts the large-span spatial grid shell roof in place as a whole at once,and then installs the lower grandstand structure.By assembling the steel roof on the ground as a whole and then using computer hydraulic synchronous lifting technology to lift the roof into place,the problem of complex high-altitude operations on the roof has been solved,the installation accuracy has been improved,and the safety risks of high-altitude operations have been reduced.The feasibility of this technology has been further verified through simulation analysis of the entire construction process using finite element software.
