摘 要:以临汾市某学校建设工程为例,研究民用建筑高性能隔声楼板的设计技术。基于质量-弹簧-阻尼系统原理,通过材料性能分析确定5 mm弹性减振垫+30 mm隔声砂浆+50 mm轻集料混凝土的最优设计方案。实测数据表明,设计方案使楼板空气声隔声量从41.2 dB提升至52.4 dB,撞击声压级从85.2 dB降低至67.8 dB,振动阻尼比提高至4.6%,满足GB 50118—2010民用建筑隔声设计规范要求。Taking the construction project of a school in Linfen city as an example,the design technology of highperformance sound insulation floor of civil buildings is studied.Based on the principle of mass-spring-damping system,the optimal design scheme of 5 mm elastic vibration damping pad+30 mm sound insulation mortar+50 mm light aggregate concrete is determined by material performance analysis.The measured data show that the design scheme increases the sound insulation volume of the floor air from 41.2 dB to 52.4 dB,reduces the impact sound pressure level from 85.2 dB to 67.8 dB,and increases the vibration damping ratio to 4.6%,meeting the requirements of GB 50118—2010 in the Code for Sound insulation Design of Civil Buildings.
