摘　　要：文中以数字化动态调度为核心理念,对装配式建筑施工现场的供应需求进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的优化调度策略。通过精细化分解施工活动,构建了标准化编码体系,并结合数字孪生技术,实现了施工现场与虚拟模型的数据同步。研究发现,数字化动态调度技术能够显著提升构件调配效率,减少资源浪费。此外,探讨了预制构件需求模型的构建及其在BIM环境下的应用,强调了协同设计的重要性。通过对施工进度的合理安排与资源配置,优化了预制构件的需求方案,确保了施工的顺利进行。最终,研究提出的调度方案可视化工具,能够实时监控施工状态,及时调整调度策略,为装配式建筑施工提供有效的管理支持。Based on the core concept of digital dynamic scheduling,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the supply and demand of prefabricated construction sites,and proposes corresponding optimization scheduling strategies.By finely decomposing construction activities,a standardized coding system was constructed,and combined with digital twin technology,data synchronization between construction sites and virtual models was achieved.Research has found that digital dynamic scheduling technology can significantly improve component allocation efficiency and reduce resource waste.In addition,the construction of prefabricated component requirement models and their application in BIM environment were also discussed,emphasizing the importance of collaborative design.By reasonably arranging the construction progress and allocating resources,the demand plan for prefabricated components has been optimized,ensuring the smooth progress of construction.In the end,the proposed scheduling visualization tool can monitor the construction status in real time,adjust scheduling strategies in a timely manner,and provide effective management support for prefabricated building construction.
