摘  要:以具体工程的涉铁路段换梁加固设计为例,对已运营超20年的城市主干道上跨铁路桥维修改造中的主梁更换梁板的加固方案进行了研究,通过方案对比提出了采用低高度宽体预制装配式预应力混凝土简支箱梁替换原桥空心板梁的技术方案。结合社会影响、施工条件、综合造价、涉铁项目施工窗口期等因素,综合分析了宽体箱梁在快速更换桥梁主梁结构中的适用性,并对宽体箱梁正常使用状态和承载能力极限状态的应力状态进行了计算。结果表明,采用预制宽体箱梁换梁后主梁应力状态良好,宽体箱梁更换上部梁板能有效缩短施工周期,减少封闭交通的时间,从而降低社会影响,为后期工期紧、封闭交通压力大、后期养护困难的维修改造项目提供借鉴。This article combines the reinforcement design of the railway section taking the reinforcement design of railway section beams in specific engineering projects as an example,studies the main beam reinforcement scheme in the maintenance and renovation of the urban main road cross railway bridge that has been in operation for more than 20 years.Through comparison between various schemes,a technical solution is proposed to replace the original hollow slab beam with a low height wide body prefabricated assembly prestressed concrete simply supported box beam.Taking this bridge as an example,combined with factors such as social impact,construction conditions,comprehensive cost,and construction window period of railway projects,the applicability of wide body box girders in the rapid replacement of bridge main beam structures was comprehensively analyzed,and the stress states of the wide body box girders in normal use and ultimate bearing capacity were calculated.The results show that the stress state of the main beam is good after the precast wide box girder is replaced,and it can effectively shorten the construction period,reduce the time of closed traffic,and thus reduce the social impact.This project can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
