摘 要:随着我国物流行业的快速发展,具有承上启下枢纽作用的物流配送中心显得日益重要。适当的选址不仅有助于降低成本,还能促进供需平衡,确保物流系统高效稳定运作。霍邱龙虾养殖面积达61万亩,居安徽省前列,但由于缺乏物流配送中心,龙虾产业发展受限。为解决管理和协调不足、市场接受度和竞争力下降等问题,文章以霍邱龙虾物流配送中心为研究对象,结合调查数据,运用K-means聚类算法优化选址,建立物流总成本模型,以确定最佳的选址和建设数量,为政府和企业建设物流配送中心提供指导,推动龙虾产业的持续发展。With the rapid development of China's logistics industry,the logistics distribution center,which has the function of connecting and transferring,is becoming more and more important.Proper location not only can help to reduce costs,but also promote the balance between supply and demand to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the logistics system.The lobster breeding area in Huoqiu reaches 610000 mu,which ranks the top in Anhui Province.However,due to the lack oflogistics distribution center,the lobster industry development is limited.In order to solve the resulting problems ofinadequate management and coordination,and decreased market acceptance and competitiveness,this paper takes the location of Huoqiu lobster logistics distribution center as the research object,combines the survey data,and uses the K-means clustering algorithm to optimize the site selection,and establish the total logistics cost model to determine the best site selection and construction quantity,so as to provide guidance for the government and enterprises to build logistics distribution centers and promote the sustainable development of the lobster industry.
