摘　　要：当前,农村电商已成为推动农村经济现代化的重要力量,而农村电商物流作为电商系统的核心组成部分,直接关系着农产品的销售效率和农民的经济收益。由于农村地区基础设施及物流服务不完善,农村电商物流面临着诸多挑战,包括物流成本高、服务效率低等问题,这些问题严重制约了农村电商的发展潜力。文章从公共管理的视角出发,详细分析了农村电商物流发展中存在的主要问题,并结合国内外成功案例,提出了一系列切实可行的改进路径,旨在提供有效的政策建议和实施策略,以促进农村电商物流体系的优化升级,从而推动农村电商物流向更高效、可持续的方向发展,服务地方经济发展,并缩小城乡经济发展差距。Currently,rural e-commerce has become an important force in promoting the modernization of rural economy,and rural e-commerce logistics,as the core component of the e-commerce system,directly affects the sales efficiency of agricultural products and the economic benefits of farmers.Due to the inadequate infrastructure and logistics services in rural areas,rural e-commerce logistics face many challenges,including high logistics costs and low service efficiency,which seriously restrict the development potential of rural e-commerce.This article analyzes in detail the main problems in the development of rural e-commerce logistics from the perspective of public management,and proposes a series of practical improvement paths based on successful cases at home and abroad.The aim is to provide effective policy recommendations and implementation strategies to promote the optimization and upgrading of the rural e-commerce logistics system,thereby promoting the development of rural e-commerce logistics towards a more efficient and sustainable direction,serving local economic development,and narrowing the gap between urban and rural economic development.
