摘　　要：随着物流行业的迅速发展,客户对物流配送的要求越来越高。物流配送网点作为公司实现商品存储、流通加工、配送等的重要基础设施,必须不断优化以满足这些日益增长的需求。如果区域物流中心选址不合理,后期可能会产生物流成本过高、配送效率低下等问题。文章以某饮品公司为研究对象,简要概述其发展现状,并剖析其发展中存在的问题,进而针对该公司区域物流中心选址展开决策研究,以期助力其降低物流成本,提升配送效率。With the rapid development of the logistics industry,customers have increasingly high requirements for logistics distribution.Logistics distribution outlets serve as an important infrastructure for companies to integrate commodity storage,circulation processing,and distribution,and they must be continuously optimized to meet these growing demands.If the location of the regional logistics center is not reasonable,it may lead to problems such as high logistics costs and low delivery efficiency in the later stage.This article takes a certain beverage company as the research object.Firstly,it briefly introduces the current development status of the beverage company,analyzes the problems that exist in its development process,and based on this,conducts decision-making research on the location of the company's regional logistics center,in order to help the beverage company achieve the goal of saving logistics costs and improving distribution efficiency.
