摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,农产品成为每天必不可少的食品,对新鲜农产品的需求量也逐步增加,而果蔬类农产品的储存和运输受到多种因素的影响,也成了备受关注的问题。在发生自然灾害和公共卫生安全的时候,一个完善的应急物流体系能够对突发事件提供良好的后勤保障。文章旨在探讨如何提高广东省果蔬类农产品公路运输应急物流的处理能力。具体而言,将分析广东省果蔬类农产品公路运输应急物流的现状和存在的问题,探讨应急物流处理的策略和方法,并根据研究结果提出相应的政策建议和措施。因此,研究旨在探索提升城市农产品应急保障能力的途径,并为广东省农产品供应提供启示和借鉴,同时也为广大农产品生产和运输企业提供指导和借鉴,实现资源共享、信息共享、协同合作,构建全面、高效、智能的城市农产品应急保障体系。With the improvement of people's living standards,agricultural products have become an essential part of daily life,and the demand for fresh agricultural products is steadily increasing.However,the storage and transportation of fruit and vegetable products are influenced by various factors,which have become pressing concerns.In the event of natural disasters or public health emergencies,a well-established emergency l ogistics system can provide strong logisticals upport for handling s uch u nforeseen events.This paper aims to explore how to improve the emergency logistics capacity for highway transportation of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Guangdong Province.Specifically,the paper will analyze the current situation and issues of emergency logistics for highway transportation of fruit and vegetable products in the province,explore strategies and methods for emergency logistics management,and provide corresponding policy recommendations and measures based on the findings.Therefore,this study seeks to explore ways to enhance the emergency supply capabilities for urban agricultural products in Guangdong,offering insights and references for the province's agricultural product supply and providing guidance for agricultural product production and transportation enterprises.The goal is to achieve resource sharing,information sharing,and collaborative cooperation,thereby building a comprehensive,efficient,and intelligent emergency supply system for urban agricultural products.
