摘　　要：随着新文科理念的深入推进,传统商科专业教育正面临着深刻变革。作为商科领域的关键组成部分,物流管理专业的教育同样需要在这一背景下积极探索创新与转型之路。文章通过对物流管理专业的创新创业教育现状进行系统性分析,发现当前物流管理专业在创新创业教育课程设置上尚不完善,校企合作深度有待加强,创新资源整合能力亦需进一步提升。对湖北汽车工业学院创新创业教育实践的分析表明,新文科改革在提高学生跨学科思维、创新意识以及创业实践能力方面具有显著效果。基于此,文章又提出了创新创业人才培养的路径与对策,包括优化课程体系、加强校企合作、构建创新创业平台、推进政府支持等,以期为物流管理专业创新创业教育提供借鉴与参考。As the new liberal arts concept deepens,traditional business education undergoes significant transformations.As an important branch of business,logistics management education also needs to seek innovation and transformation in this context.A systematic analysis reveals shortcomings in curriculum design,school-enterprise cooperation,and integration capabilities within logistics management innovation and entrepreneurship education.novation resources in logistics management.Through the analysis of the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice at Hubei University of Automotive Industry,it is found that the new liberal arts reform has produced significant effects in enhancing students'interdisciplinary thinking,innovation awareness,and entrepreneurial practical abilities.Based on this,strategies for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents have been proposed,including optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,building innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,and promoting government support,in the hope of providing reference and guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship education in logistics management majors.
