生产型物流实训基地建设规划探索研究——以江苏商贸职业学院为例

摘　　要：生产型物流实训基地的建设能够与行业同步发展,实现教学内容与物流生产需求的无缝衔接,保证实训效果的持续高效性。文章基于产教融合和专业群建设的大背景,深化教学改革模式,依托区域资源,从建设模式、引领示范作用、共享性三方面设立生产型物流实训基地的建设目标,立足管理组织机构建立、运行机制构建、明确各方权力和义务关系、构建多主体共享模式、实训设备配置、师资配备的多维视角,确立生产型实训基地的构建模式。The construction of production-oriented logistics training bases can synchronize with the industry development,achieve seamless connection between teaching content and logistics production needs,and ensure the sustained efficiency of training.Based on the background ofindustry-education integration and specialty cluster construction,this article deepens the teaching reform mode,relies on regional resources,and sets the goal of constructing production-oriented logistics training bases from three aspects:construction mode,leading and exemplary role,and shareability.It establishes a production-oriented training base construction model from multiple perspectives,including the establishment of management organization structure,the construction of operational mechanism,the clarification of power and obligation relationships among all parties,the construction of a multi-agent sharing model,the configuration of training equipment,and the allocation of teaching staff.
