摘  要:压力管道,尤其是主蒸汽管道,作为承压类装置的重要组成单元,往往需要在高温高压等严苛运行工况下服役较长时间,本文作者在南方某化工厂焦化区域的蒸汽管道中检验检测时发现外表面支吊架破损情况较为严重,管系内的应力完全处于非可控状态,为了使压力管道处于风险可控状态下安全运转,故本文基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过管道静态应力分析计算等,对其支吊架进行检验、评价、和调整。The pressure pipeline,especially the main steam pipeline,as an important component unit of the pressure bearing device,often needs to serve for a long time under the high temperature and high pressure and other severe operating conditions,in the inspection of the steam pipeline in the coking area of a chemical plant in southern China,the author found that the damage of the hanger on the outer surface was serious and the stress in the pipeline was completely out of control,in order to make the pressure pipeline run safely under the risk controllable state,this paper based on the ANSYS Finite element analysis software,through the static stress analysis and calculation of the pipeline,carries on the inspection,the appraisal,and the adjustment to its support and hanger.
