摘  要:现阶段在石油化工行业,常规四大无损检测技术可在材料和试样结构保持完整性的情况下检测被测对象是否存在缺陷,然而力学性能的定量数据无法获取。针对液压鼓胀试验中因介质的温度限制而不能进行高温试验及提供试验结果的可重复性等弊端等问题,本文创新性地提出了一种基于气压鼓胀法的力学性能测试设备,采用气压代替冲头作为压力源,用于评价采用微小尺寸试样评价现役设备材料的力学性能。At present,in petrochemical industry,the four non-destructive testing techniques can detect the defects of the tested object while the integrity of the material and sample structure is maintained,but the quantitative data of mechanical properties can not be obtained.In order to solve the problems of high temperature test and repeatability in hydraulic bulging test due to temperature limitation of medium,in this paper,an innovative mechanical property testing equipment based on air pressure bulging method is proposed,in which air pressure is used instead of punch as pressure source to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials of existing equipment using micro-size samples.
